As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the natural ingredients sector in the Eastern Cape, ECDC is pleased to invite you to a half-day training session on Natural Ingredient export requirements and trends – with a focus on European and Swiss markets.
The session is tailored for current and aspiring exporters in the Eastern Cape. It will address key export requirements for natural ingredients, including documentation, compliance, and buyer expectations.
Participants will receive updated insights on international trends and have the chance to engage with ECDC about future export support. The session will be led by Andrew Jones, Senior International Consultant with SIPPO.
The training is conducted in partnership with SIPPO as part of the Sector Export Promotion Strategy (SEPS) for Natural Ingredients, focusing on Pillar 2 – Positioning the EC NI Sector for international markets.
As part of this broader initiative, ECDC is also mapping the natural ingredient sector in the province. Participants will be invited to take part in this activity, helping shape future support and trade promotion activities.
This will be a hybrid session. While we look forward to welcoming participants in person, an online option is also available for those who prefer to join remotely.
