The ECDC, in partnership with BANKSETA and Ciber, proudly welcomed 32 dynamic graduates to the 2025/26 Graduate Programme - a transformative initiative unlocking opportunity, nurturing talent, and accelerating youth empowerment.
Through placements at five host institutions- ECDC, Department of Transport, Department of Social Development, Walter Sisulu Municipality, and Mbhashe Municipality, graduates will gain real-world experience and contribute to building a better Eastern Cape.
ECDC CEO Mr Ayanda Wakaba and Ciber’s CEO Lindo Mdlopane encouraged the new cohort to seize this rare opportunity to shape their futures and drive meaningful change. This programme is not just about skills, it’s about building a province that works for its youth.
