Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) has automated its loan funding and business development support processes to offer services online. The Online Services System will be launched on 21 July 2023.
The system is an integrated virtual platform designed for our clients to use in interacting and applying for ECDC products and services. Some benefits of the virtual platform include:
Allows potential clients to submit applications at the comfort of their homes or offices and at their own time through a link on the ECDC website www.ecdc.co.za.
Fast-tracks applications submitted by clients as it automates verifications, e.g., ID, CIPC documents, etc.
Expands our footprint to reach clients that are far away from our offices.
Provides business diagnosis tools to assist enterprises in managing their businesses better.
Provides training to new entrepreneurs on how, for instance, to register a company, develop customised business plans, etc.
Matches client’s requirements with relevant ECDC products and services and where necessary, with other Development Finance Institutions.
