BASHEE COURT HANDOVER
The Eastern Cape Development Corporation is excited to announce the completion of Phase 1 of the R53 million refurbishment project of its Butterworth Cluster, Bashee Court, Kyalami Flats and Msintsi Court.
Today, the contractor handed over to ECDC, Bashee Court which has received a spectacular facelift. The 20-unit Bashee Court project ran from February – July 2024.
Occupation of the building will be gradual as ECDC prepares for the 18-unit Kyalami Flats refurbishment project which is expected to run from July – December 2024. This will be followed by the refurbishment of Msintsi Court which has 8 units, from January – April 2025.
The refurbishment programme is aimed at rationalising and enhancing the attractiveness of the property portfolio and to improve its productivity.
