The Eastern Cape Provincial Government has adopted a new strategic planning process that is in line with national planning procedures. Accordingly, the East Cape Development Corporation has formulated a 3 Year Strategic Plan covering the period 2009/10 to 2011/12. The Plan is guided by the Three Year Strategic Plan of the Department of Economic Affairs, Environment and Tourism (DEAET), the owner of ECDC.
