ECDC Strategy 2011 to 2015
 
The Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) strategic plan has been developed in accordance to the requirements of provincial public entities stated in Part C, schedule 3 of the Public Finance Management Act (1999) (PFMA). The purpose of the strategic plan outlined in this document is to set a new direction for the agency. It shows components of the medium and long term objectives that are to be implemented by the ECDC over the upcoming five-year period. As a tool, it is intended to assist departments within the ECDC prioritize the progressive implementation of new key strategic projects in alignment with its mandate.
