EL building growth continues

In November, Buffalo City passed building plans worth more than double the plans passed in November last year.
In November, 469 plans worth a total of R67,8 million were approved, compared to 427 plans together worth R30,7m in November last year.
Last year's monthly average was 323 plans worth R46,4m.
From the beginning of January to the end of November, Buffalo City approved 3 658 plans worth a total of R510m. November's plans were worth 13 per cent of this number.
